No, our WiFi smart devices connect directly to your home WiFi network. You do not need any special or expensive hub.

Yes, our products are fully compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for voice control. You can link your Tuya/Smart Life account to your smart speaker apps.

Our smart switches need to be connected to your home’s electrical wiring. We strongly recommend that installation is performed by a qualified electrician to ensure safety.

A 3CH (3-gang) switch can control three separate light circuits from one panel. A 4CH (4-gang) switch can control four separate circuits.

Ordering & Payment

 We offer two convenient payment options:

  1. Online Payment via PayHere: Pay securely with your Visa, Mastercard, or other debit/credit cards through our trusted payment gateway, PayHere.

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD): You can choose to pay in cash directly to the courier agent when your order is delivered. This service is available for deliveries island-wide.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders within the Colombo district are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. Island-wide deliveries may take 2-4 business days.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website so you can follow your delivery.

Warranty & Returns

All our products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
